It's a beautiful Saturday morning in Devaun Park. We're moving along with the Polony-Keller residence, with the foundation now finished. Framing materials have been delivered with framing to begin this week.

We've just cleared the Polony/Keller homesite in Devaun Park and dug the footings. The Polony/Keller residence is an in-house classic lowcountry design by Whitney Blair featuring a wide front porch extending the width of the home with a large central main hall extending the length of the house with the main living, gathering, and sleeping areas positioned off the central hall. A bonus/flex space will be accessed via a staircase off the central hall as well. A rear loading garage will provide access to the rear alleyway, which is adjacent to one of Devaun Park's several common use areas.
